‘Studio Witt' was founded in 2006 by Jan Pietje Witt AA Dip RIBA BDA. Prior to starting ‘Studio Witt' he worked for six years on a number of award winning projects in the UK and abroad for Foster and Partners in London . As a qualified architect both in his native Germany and the UK , he was an Associate at Foster and Partners as well as a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Architectural Association (AA). He was invited to join the BDA in 2008.

2010-2011 - Feasibility Study Sports- and Healthcare Centre EJS, Berlin, Germany

2009-2010 - Spa Pavilion Föhr, Germany, completion 2010

2007-2009 - Urban Design for extension of facilities, Evangelisches Johannesstift Berlin, educational facilities, sportshall, accommodation and administration facilities.

2008 - Competition win IKN Headquarters , Neustadt, Germany. Office building for 120 employees. Invited Competition with J. Ahnsorge, J. Bosau, RMNU as M&A engineers, TGP Landscape Architects (1st Prize).

2007 - Competition win ‘Waterfront Living'. Appartment building with penthouse, Kiel, Germany (1st Prize), Building permit 2008, Completion 2009.

2006 - Commission for Toy Museum, Kiel, granted building permit 2007.

2005/2006 - Langley Science Academy , Slough , UK , Budget: £31m, Project Architect for Foster and Partners, to be opened 2008.

2005/2006 - Penthouse refurbishment, London , UK , Project Architect for Foster and Partners, Completion 2006.

2004/2005 - Hotel Puerta America , Madrid, Spain, Project Architect for the fit-out of Foster and Partners' floor in Design Hotel, joint project with Jean Nouvel, Zaha Hadid, John Pawson, David Chipperfield, Arata Isozaki, Ron Arad, Marc Newson and Plasma Studio, Completion 2005.

2003/2004 - Pelham Place , Hastings , Architect for Foster and Partners', Seafront development for a new civic space with 16000sqm. of Hotel, Offices, Retail, Restaurants, Fitness centre / Pool and Residential Accommodation (£48.5m), Competition Win 2003.

2003 - Repsol Tower , Madrid , Architect for Foster and Partners, Cladding for 250m high skyscraper

2002-2006 - University of Toronto , Canada (CA$53m), Architect for Foster and Partners, New Faculty for Pharmacy, Completion 2006.

1999-2003 - McLaren Headquarters , Woking , UK , Foster and Partners, award winning car factory with research and design facilities.
